A ideal evening ride for the hardcore, or a gentle days ride for the more leisurely rider

Quiet roads, with some sections of light offroad, on sand and gravel. Can be attempted on a road bike, but best on a bike suited to cycle tracks

Detailed description

Follow the NCN 66 (the GPS log avoid the first part of the riverside path which was flooded at the time) to Easingwold, before returning to Huby. Just after Huby take the small road on the left, which is quite rough in parts but has no traffic.

With the clocks going foward, I thought I take advantage of a relatively light and warm evening and get some miles in on an easy flat route.
