A walk around the grounds of Castle Howard, one of the most famous country houses in Yorkshire.
Grassy paths, not generally that muddy.
A nice late April day, and some warm sunny weather at last gave an excellent chance to get out for a short walk. Castle Howard is always nice in spring, with different flowers all over the grounds throughout different times in the spring. We got there with the dafodils slightly past their prime, and the first bluebells in bloom. As well as that, many trees were in blossom and there were magnolia flowers in the woods.
